Evidence and boundaries

04Product documents are reviewed only in the agreed scope; their presence is not a determination of EU or UK market compliance.
05Access depends on the site's consent and conditions. If access is restricted, the limitation and checks not performed are reported.

FAQ
Questions before booking
How is a factory inspection different from batch QC?
A factory visit reviews a site, visible operations and available process evidence. QC checks a particular production lot against agreed product criteria.
Can you inspect a supplier we have already selected?
Yes. Share its legal/trade name, site address and the decision you need to make; we will define a suitable visit scope.
What should we provide beforehand?
Supplier identity and address, product/order brief, questions, available documents, preferred visit timing and any required language.
Can you enter without the factory's notice or consent?
Access is not guaranteed. The visit is coordinated subject to site permission and applicable conditions; any access restriction is recorded.
Can you confirm the factory will meet our order volume?
We can assess available evidence and visible capacity indicators at the time of the visit. This is not a guarantee of future output, quality or delivery.
What does document review cover?
Only the records agreed for the assignment. We distinguish documents provided from independently checked facts and identify items that require separate verification.
Do you work outside Shenzhen?
Visits outside Shenzhen and the Pearl River Delta may be possible subject to scheduling and separately quoted travel costs.
What if the supplier refuses access?
We document the limitation and discuss alternatives, such as a remote document review or rescheduling. Any new scope is agreed before proceeding.
