How is factory inspection different from batch control?
Factory inspection checks whether the manufacturer can be trusted in principle and is done before the order. QC checks a specific batch by AQL. They are often combined.
Can you arrive without notice?
Yes, unannounced inspection is possible and shows the real production state, not a staged display.
What if inspection finds problems?
Better to learn it for ¥1,800 than lose the batch value. The report includes problems, photos and a recommendation: reject, fix or work with conditions.
Do you inspect only in Shenzhen?
No. Shenzhen and the Pearl River Delta can be same-day. Other regions are handled with logistics timing.
