Comparison, evidence and limits
01A shortlist is an outcome target, not a guarantee that a fixed number of suitable factories exists. If the market is limited, the report explains the gap.
02Quotes are compared only when currency, Incoterm/basis, MOQ, sample terms, lead time and exclusions are clear enough to compare.
03A supplier's own statements are not presented as independently verified facts. The report marks evidence sources and unanswered questions.
04Samples, freight, laboratory tests, factory visits, contracts and ongoing purchasing management are separate unless the written quote says otherwise.

Questions before booking
Can you check a supplier I found on Alibaba?
Yes. Choose supplier verification and send the company or product link plus the questions that matter to your decision.
What do you need to start a sourcing search?
A product brief, required specifications, target quantity, destination market, acceptable MOQ, timing and any target commercial terms.
Is verification document-only or on-site?
The scope is agreed for each task. An on-site factory visit is not automatically included and may be quoted as a separate factory-inspection service.
How do you distinguish a factory from a trading company?
We compare available business records, supplier statements and operational evidence within the agreed scope. The business role is reported as supported, unclear or unverified where evidence is incomplete.
What is included in a comparison?
Agreed fields such as product fit, MOQ, price basis/currency, sample conditions, stated lead time, available records, risks and open questions.
What if you cannot find suitable suppliers?
The result should state the search scope, constraints and evidence gathered, including where no candidate met the brief. Any revised search is discussed with you.
Are samples and shipping included?
Not by default. Sample purchase, freight and any import costs are separately agreed.
How is sourcing different from turnkey procurement?
Sourcing produces a supplier shortlist or verification findings. Turnkey support covers a broader agreed procurement cycle, including later stages only where specified.
