FAQ

Key points

Do we need to inspect the whole batch?
No. AQL uses a representative random sample, a statistically grounded assessment of the whole batch without 100% inspection.
When is the best time for QC?
Ideally, pre-shipment inspection at 80–100% readiness, while defects can still be returned. Large orders may add during-production control.
What if the batch fails AQL?
A report with defects and photos is a basis to demand fixes, rework or discount before shipment and balance payment.
Do you agree criteria in advance?
Yes, always. Before inspection we fix the checklist and AQL levels so the assessment is objective.
