Why is turnkey better than separate services?
Single responsibility and one point of contact instead of separately coordinating supplier, inspectors and logistics. We manage the whole deal.
How is the 5% formed?
The percentage of order value covers the full cycle, from sourcing to shipment control. For large volumes, the rate is discussed and fixed in the contract.
Can we start with one service and switch later?
Yes. Many clients start with sourcing or inspection and then move to full support. We account for already provided services.
Are you responsible for the result?
We are responsible for the quality of work at each stage and fix scope in the contract. The goal is to reduce risks before money is gone irreversibly.
